The Amazon Seller Central Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the seller's account on Amazon. This includes product listing creation and optimization, inventory management, advertising, and performance analysis. The specialist will work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the account meets its sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Manage and optimize the seller's Amazon account to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  2. Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
  4. Advertising and Promotions: Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
  3. Familiarity with Amazon's tools (FBA, PPC, Brand Registry).
  4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
